I'd like to know if I can get a refund for this theme, it really is quite buggy. I can't seem to have it respect my line breaks, as in pages like this http://www.lumilent.com/productos/synergeyes-paciente/
Also pages flicker on Chrome when stopped at certain point in the scrolling down (Try it with the page I just provided)
Main menu in Home is really difficult to scroll down on phones, especially in the Productos tab, which has submenus on it, it kinda moves the whole page. Also, page can not be enlarged using two fingers on 3 iPads I tried to, I think this is the main offender.
Instructions are really poor and incomplete, I can't find for the love of all thing Internet, where to edit the carousel. Also, it said it includes Revolution Slider plugin, I never found it in the zip (I use Smart Slider anyways)

Thanks, this is not an install issue, the theme was installed Ok, but the responsiveness with mobile devices wasn't adequate and also I had some problems with Page Builder, I'd really prefer the refund please, my client is very upset that his site is down, thanks
We can try and fix it if you send us wp logins if we can't fix the issues i will refund otherwise i can't.
As I mentioned before, it is not an installation issue, the theme look terrible in a iPad and does not respond correctly in iPhones or iPads, also it is incomplete, I did not receive the revolutions plugins and documentation is poor, sadly I will ahve to take this then to themeforest administration and /or credit card bank to refuse payment
This is one of the rules of Themeforest, and certainly I would have not bought item if I'd known of the problems beforehand
If an item doesn't work the way it should and can't easily be fixed you are obligated to refund buyers of the item. This includes situations where your item has a problem that would have stopped a buyer from buying it if they'd known about the problem in the first place. If the item can be fixed, then you should do so promptly by updating your item otherwise you are obligated to refund buyers of that item.
